Terms and Conditions:
90 Day Trade Up: If for any reason during the first 90 days the horse does
not suit your needs, the amount you paid (not including board) may be
applied to another horse.
Full transfer of Ownership of the horse will not take place until the
purchase price is Paid In Full.
Default: if payment and board are not paid within 10 days of the due date
all payments will be forfeited and the Purchase Agreement will become null
and void.
You may purchase a consigned horse at our monthly auction and the same 0%
financing for 12 months will apply, if the horse is boarded at Big Horse
Ranch.
